Most importantly, we take you to actual job sites to perform the work for real customers. By the end of the two-day training, you will be ready to open your new business confidently.

Marketing support: Marketing can be one of the most overwhelming aspects of launching a new business – but this isn’t the case with Frost Shades. We have an entire team to help you master digital marketing, including lead generation, customer reviews, social media, and more. We also help you with physical marketing strategies such as yard signs, door hangers, brochures, and more.

Technology: Frost Shades is a business you can run from your cell phone because our state-of-the-art software makes operating a breeze. Our software allows you to monitor your jobs, manage your team, keep you organized, and much, much more. Think of it as your virtual assistant.

Ongoing coaching and support: We’re passionate about helping you grow your business, and because of this, we provide regular coaching, mentoring, and professional development to ensure that your business is hitting your goals. One of the benefits of getting in on the ground floor of Frost Shades is that you will have direct access to mentoring from our CEO, who knows this business inside and out.  Also, we provide field training and ongoing training at our corporate headquarters as needed.
